What can I use OctoCodes on?

You can purchase and redeem OctoCodes with various merchants from gaming, shopping, food, and more. All OctoCodes are delivered instantly for immediate use toward your full checkout amount.

How do I complete my order with the merchant?

CyberOcto Pay “OctoCodes” are digital saas system for octocodes and are only redeemable with the merchant where they were purchased. Because OctoCodes are issued instantly and tied to a specific merchant, all OctoCode purchases are final and non-refundable.

Important: Complete the checkout process

When you select CyberOcto Pay on a merchant’s website, you’ll be redirected to a CyberOcto Pay checkout page. Your order details from the merchant are imported into our system so you can purchase the OctoCodes needed to complete your merchant order.

After your OctoCode purchase is complete, you will see a confirmation page with a button labeled “RETURN TO MERCHANT.”

You must click “RETURN TO MERCHANT” to finalize your order on the merchant’s website. When you click it, you are sent back to the merchant and your OctoCodes is automatically applied to your order (no manual entry required).

If you didn’t click “RETURN TO MERCHANT”

If you closed the window or forgot to click “RETURN TO MERCHANT,” your merchant order may not complete. Don’t worry — your OctoCodes is also sent to the email address used at checkout.

To finish your purchase:

Go back to the merchant’s website and proceed to orders in your my-account dashboard, find the order that says pay beside of it.
Under the CyberOcto Pay logo, find the field that says “Have a code? Enter here.”
Paste your OctoCodes and continue checkout to complete your order.

CyberOcto Pay is responsible for issuing the OctoCodes you purchased; it is the customer’s responsibility to complete the redemption steps with the merchant. Because the gift card is issued upon purchase, refunds are not available.

Can merchants accept OctoCodes on their website?

Yes! Merchants can integrate our platform to issue and accept OctoCodes seamlessly. Payment processing happens through the merchant’s existing payment gateway.

Are OctoCodes transactions secure?

Absolutely. All octocodes are protected using advanced security protocols, ensuring a safe and smooth experience for both buyers and merchants.

How long does it take to receive my OctoCode?

Digital OctoCodes are delivered instantly to your email upon purchase. They’re also automatically applied to the order as long as you follow the instructions.

Is there a minimum or maximum purchase limit?

Limits may vary by merchant and card type. Specific details are provided at the time of purchase.

My card number said invalid?

If you see a “My Card Number Says Invalid” message, don’t worry—this is usually quick to fix. Please submit a support ticket here: https://cyberoctopay.com/create-new-ticket/

To help us resolve it faster, include your order number, the merchant name, and the email address used at checkout. We’ll get it sorted as soon as possible.

I didn't redirected back to merchant site and my order still shows Pending Payment.

If your order on CyberOcto Pay is complete and you have received an email with your code but you’re not redirected back to the merchant site to complete your purchase, no worries. You can still redeem your OctoCodes using the instructions in this document to complete your merchant order.

Different name is showing on my purchase statement.

AFFECTIVE MARCH 30TH 2026: All purchases made through CyberOcto Pay will appear om your payment statement as CyberOcto Pay.

Prior to this date, depending on the merchant partner and payment processing method used, your statement may have displayed one of the following names:
