Service Overview
CyberOcto Pay is a digital gift card platform operated by TNR Development Studio. We facilitate the sale and redemption of digital gift card codes that can only be used at specific merchant partners who utilize our system. Gift cards are non-transferable digital products delivered instantly upon purchase.
Digital Gift Card Codes
- What You’re Purchasing: – Digital gift card codes are unique alphanumeric codes delivered via email immediately after checkout – Codes are valid only at the specific
merchant indicated at the time of purchase – Codes cannot be used at other merchants or platforms – Codes are non-transferable and personal to the purchaser Code Delivery: – All gift card codes are delivered instantly to your registered email address – You are responsible for safeguarding your code – Lost or misplaced codes cannot be replaced
No Refund Policy
- Final Sale: CyberOcto Pay operates on a final sale basis. Once you have completed checkout and received your digital gift card code, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Why No Refunds: – Digital gift card codes are delivered immediately upon purchase -The product (code) is provided at the moment of transaction completion – Codes are
non-refundable digital goods – Refunds cannot be processed after code delivery No Exceptions: – Refunds are not available for change of mind – Refunds are not
available if you forget or lose your code – Refunds are not available for codes you believe you entered incorrectly – Refunds are not available for any reason after checkout completion
Merchant-Specific Restrictions
- Gift card codes are valid only at the merchant specified during purchase
- Codes cannot be used at other merchants, even if they use the CyberOcto Pay system
- Each merchant sets their own terms, expiration dates, and redemption policies
- CyberOcto Pay is not responsible for individual merchant policies
Code Validity & Expiration
- Expiration dates and terms are set by the individual merchant.
- Check your email confirmation for specific merchant terms and conditions
- Expired codes cannot be redeemed or refunded
- It is your responsibility to use your code before expiration
Prohibited Use
- You agree not to: – Share, resell, or transfer codes to other individuals – Use codes for commercial purposes – Attempt to reverse-engineer or duplicate codes – Use codes in violation of merchant terms – Use codes obtained through fraudulent means
Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You are responsible for all transactions made through your account
- Unauthorized use should be reported immediately to support
- CyberOcto Pay reserves the right to suspend accounts engaged in fraudulent activity
Limitation of Liability
- CyberOcto Pay is provided “as is.” We are not liable for: – Lost, stolen, or misplaced codes – Codes used by unauthorized parties – Merchant disputes or refusal to honor codes – Technical issues preventing code delivery – Merchant policy changes or business closure
Disputes & Claims
- All disputes must be reported within 30 days of purchase
- Proof of purchase is required for any claim
- Disputes with merchants should be directed to the merchant directly
- CyberOcto Pay will not mediate merchant disputes
Changes to Terms
- CyberOcto Pay reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

- When you make a purchase through CyberOcto Pay, the name that appears on your payment statement may vary depending on the merchant partner and payment processing method used. The following names may appear on your statement:
